A Sunny Outdoor Wedding at Ballintaggart Farm, Perthshire

A Sunny Outdoor Wedding at Ballintaggart, Perthshire

As a Dunkeld resident, I may be a little bias, but Highland Perthshire does it best for Autumnal weddings (and all other seasons too...). I had the absolute pleasure of joining G&N for their intimate Ballintaggart wedding in September under some glorious late Summer sunshine. The celebrations began with a traditional Chinese tea ceremony before a wonderfully sunny outdoor ceremony led by the lovely Rona Burstow. A Ballintaggart wedding isn't complete without a stunning feast which was enjoyed after a round of heartfelt speeches from N&G's closest friends. Smiles all round and a perfect day in the Perthshire hills

A DIY Farm Wedding in Rural Perthshire

A DIY Farm Wedding in Rural Perthshire

I do love an intimate DIY home wedding and seeing how couples approach the DIY style. It provides endless opportunity for creating something really special and reflecting the personality and quirks of the couple.

Carly & Robert did such an amazing job transforming the family farm into a space for a full weekend of celebration. A special mention goes to Carly’s family who revamped the whole farmhouse in time for the day!

Following a wonderfully intimate ceremony amongst a wooded section of the farm estate, the party moved to Lands of Loyal for a cosy dinner, a venue which C&R have enjoyed visiting for years.
